The DueyDialer app is for legal representation for DUI. The app connects the user to a lawyer at their time of need. If you do not select a specific law firm via the FirmID option the app will select one for you. The app is designed to be at the ready, so it is a good idea to install it even if you never need it. At he first launch it will ask for your contact details, if there is no lawyers in your state it will notify you and you will not be able to use the app, and it will let us know, so that we can target trying to get lawyers in your state. Your contact information will only be shared if you contact an attorney. When you press the "Contact My Attorney Now!" button, the app will start to record audio. It will record for up to a half hour. If the "Stop Recording" button is not pushed within a half hour the app will automatically send a SMS message to a lawyer with your contact information, and the recording will be saved to your phone. If the "Stop Recording" button is pressed, the app will send the SMS message with your contact information, and it will ask if you want to send the recording to the lawyer via e-mail. The app uses GPS coordinates to get you in contact with the law firm that is closest to your incident. If you have a law firm you wish to use, please have them visit our website for information.

Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) Users, you may experience some permission issues. We are adding a fix, and it should be out shortly. To stop any issues in the meantime, the permissions we ask for in our app are required for the functionality of the app. The app not having these permissions will cause a crash. What's New in the Latest Version 1.3.5

If you are running version 1.3.1 or less, you have half of the current lawyers available to the most current version. It is highly recommended you updated your app.

Remember, you must have the newest version to have access to all the lawyers in the application. So keep your app current.
